🔄 Returns & Refunds

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery on most items.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused

• In original packaging

• In the same condition it arrived

🐾 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Used grooming items

• Used bowls or feeders

• Items damaged after delivery

• Gift cards

💰 Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is inspected.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear.

💳 Exchanges

If you need a different color or product replacement, email us.
We’ll help you get the right item.

🚫 Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, your order begins processing.
